About Brenda
Creativity and "doing or studying art" were always a part of Brenda Fettig Murphy's life as was traveling. Her travels have taken her to every continent of the world including Antarctica. Murphy's art works reflect her love of color, humor, variety of media and travel.
Her first solo exhibit at The Kingscott Gallery in Kalamazoo in January 2003, "Antarctica: A Trip to the Bottom of the World", was based on her sketch book drawings and photographs from her trip there in 1998.
